Vincenzo Lalli, LMP

Vincenzo's treatments incorporate a variety of modalities, individualized to treat injuries, help prevent them and are designed to restore and maintain optimal health. Vincenzo is a Yi Ren Qigong teacher for which he studied 2 years at the Institute of Qigong and Integrative Medicine. An active member of the Washington Sports Massage Team, Vincenzo also has played soccer and other sports for most of his life. He found that during his personal research he needed to find a way to rebalance his personal energy to continue to remain healthy and active. He discovered that combing structural balancing therapy and Qigong therapy/exercises helped to restore this balance on all levels : physical, emotional and mental. His hope is to do the same for you.

Chris Officer, LMP

Chris is a believer that a therapist's responsibility is to facilitate the body's natural desire to heal itself. His goal is to promote overall wellness and complete body integration for his clients by addressing the root of misaligned systems, and does not believe that painful treatment has to go hand-in-hand with healing - subtle work can produce great results with a minimum of discomfort. Chris' approach is gentle and client-focused, and he encourages two-way communication with his clients as they develop short and longer-term treatment plans together.

Graduated Cortiva Institute Seattle April 2013

Favorite modalities: Swedish, MFR, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Facilitation.
Does not provide prenatal services.

Darin Stumme, LMP

In my philosophy: Massage shouldn't hurt. Period. When your body is craving pain-reduction, it’s counter-productive to inflict pain in the name of health. By forcing tissues to stretch or move before they're ready to move, a person can actually create new injuries or invoke systemic or local traumatic stress response — the exact things I strive to help my clients heal.

Instead, I listen to my client’s body and allow it to direct my attention. This allows me to address a wide variety of physical issues and complaints -- acute injuries, chronic pains, stored traumas and anxieties held throughout the body. Whether you're extremely athletic or just somewhat, large or small, young or old: my treatment is gentle, powerful, and extremely effective.

I graduated from Discoverypoint School of Massage in 2013, although I've been training in bodywork since 2009, and I've completed several in-depth continuing education programs since graduating. I assist and teach up at Discoverypoint, and I'm very committed to ongoing learning and improvement as a practitioner.

Darin practices: Myofascial & structural decompression, Intra-oral / TMJD treatment, Lymphatic facilitation & injury treatment, Neuromuscular & Muscle Energy treatment, Craniosacral therapy, Visceral manipulation, Swedish and Sports massage.
